Adverse Weather

Dear Parents,


Please be aware we don’t choose to close the school lightly, we take into account local and regional weather conditions affecting staff travelling, the health and safety of the school site, safety of children getting to school and having adequate cover in school manage the children. In the event of an unexpected academy closure parents will be notified as soon as possible via text. If you do not receive a text you should assume the academy will be open as usual.

We will endeavour to keep up to date information regarding any closure on the Home Page of this website and if possible twitter. A further text will be sent to parents to confirm when the academy will re-open.
