We ensure that children make a smooth transition into school through home visits, information sessions and visits for families. Throughout school, teachers work closely together so that children progress smoothly through school. In Year 6, we work closely with our local secondary schools to make sure that children are confident moving up to the next stage of their education and the receiving school has all the important information needed about individuals.
