I would like to confirm that from the 1st of September there will be a change of uniform to reflect that we have joined Delta Academies Trust.  There will be a change of colour to the sweatshirt / cardigan and tie. Uniform is an important part of the Academy’s identity and it reinforces who we are as a community and helps pupils to feel pride in their school.

 The new uniform will be:

  • Blue V-neck sweatshirt / cardigan
  • White shirt
  • School tie
  • Grey trousers / skirt
  • Blue Gingham dress during the summer term
  • PE kit white t-shirt / black shorts / pumps/trainers

Please see our reception child below modelling the new uniform

To support parents in the move to the new uniform, we will be providing each child with at least a free sweatshirt and tie, the full bundle will be finalised before the end of term

Over the next few weeks, the new uniform supplier will be attending the academy to measure your child and the new uniform pack will be delivered to the academy before the end of the summer term, ready for September.

Please note – if the current academy uniform still fits your child, we do not expect this to be replaced for September 2019. There will be a transitional period where your child can wear either uniform until 1st September 2021.

However, we wanted to let you know as soon as possible, so that if you are buying uniform for your child between now and the start of the new academic year, you are aware of the changes.  The new uniform will be available from 1 June 2019.   You can purchase the shirts / trousers / skirts etc from any supplier.  The sweatshirt/cardigan and tie can be purchased from www.sptuniforms.co.uk. We will also be holding a stock of ties at the academy for parents to purchase if they so wish.

Thank you in advance for your co-operation in the matter and for your continued support for the high standards we wish to uphold as an academy.  If you have any queries, please contact the academy reception.
